Nor can it be reduced to a passive \u201cstress test\u201d of an otherwise stable global order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within this framework, the Middle East is not merely a site of instability, but a convergent arena of overlapping strategic projects in which multiple actors pursue partially competing objectives across military, economic, technological, and normative domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9664\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u6218\u573a\u7ed3\u679c\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u573a\u51b2\u7a81\u81f3\u5c11\u8fd8\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u56db\u79cd\u5f7c\u6b64\u4ea4\u4e92\u7684\u6218\u7565\u903b\u8f91<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond immediate battlefield outcomes, the conflict reflects at least four interacting strategic logics:(1) \u56f4\u7ed5\u80fd\u6e90\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e0e\u6218\u7565\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u6574\u5408\u4e0e\u4e89\u593a\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What emerges instead is a fragmented interregnum, characterized by incomplete hegemonic models, competing governance logics, and a widening divergence between military capability, economic influence, and perceived strategic reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Negotiation, in this context, operates less as a pathway to resolution than as a tactical instrument within a broader strategic sequence, further underscoring the multilayered and non-linear character of contemporary conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
